Our Story

Loud & Clear Speech Therapy was founded by Cade Dibble in 2022 in order to meet the needs of communities that have been historically underserved and disrespected by traditional speech therapy providers; that is, queer, BIPOC, disabled, and neurodivergent folks. Driven by frustration and disappointment that many other options for services did not center the lived experiences of their clients, witnessing clients being placed in the backseat of their own therapy, and seeing individuals feeling unheard and frustrated (ultimately working towards goals that weren’t important to them), Cade realized there had to be a better way. Loud & Clear Speech Therapy was created to move away from this trend and give power back to the individuals seeking support.

Loud & Clear Speech Therapy has looked a lot of different ways over the years:

-- Generalist speech-language pathology services across all age ranges
-- Telehealth and in-home services
-- In-office services, first in a tiny office, then in a slightly less-tiny office
-- Full-time services and part-time services
-- One provider, then a few more!

In 2025, Loud & Clear Speech Therapy added two new providers to the team: Clare Henderson and Bridget Dincher. Our goal as an employer is to allow clinicians to use this practice as a tool to see the clients they want to work with, rather than treating clinician as a tool to make money.

Right now, Loud & Clear Speech Therapy only offers virtual/telehealth services to individuals ages 13+. Our specialized areas of service provide support to those that have been under-represented in existing speech therapy spaces, such as:

-- Gender-affirming voice therapy
-- Cognitive support for chronic illness/brain fog and executive dysfunction
-- Voice and swallow support for hypermobility-related conditions
-- And more

If you've made it this far, thanks! We can't wait to work with you.
