Who We're Looking For:

• Speech-language pathologists residing in Washington state with an active Washington state DOH license

  • At this time, we aren't able to hire voice coaches or speech-language pathology assistants. This is so that we can provide our clients with superbills to their insurance.

  • We are open to working with clinical fellows who have an existing foundation in providing gender-affirming voice therapy services. We are not able to provide full CF mentorship, so another CF position would be needed to complete the fellowship in the recommended 9-month time frame.

• Clinicians who aren't looking for steady, full-time employment

  • Not saying it could never happen, but building a caseload takes time and new client referrals tend to fluctuate. Most of our clinicians work up to 20 hours per week and a minimum availability of 5-10 hours per week is desired.​

• Experience with and independence providing identity- and gender-affirming voice therapy

• Up-to-date understanding of neurodiversity-affirming, anti-ableist, and anti-racist therapy provision
