Insurance Note:
Cade is the only provider in-network with insurance at this time. They will be going out-of-network with Premera & Kaiser Permanente on June 1, 2026 and will be going out-of-network with Regence on May 17, 2027.

Session Rates
Regular-Rate Session: $125/session

Sliding Scale Rates: $75-$100/session
These rates are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. If you're interested in using our sliding scale, please let us know when you reach out!​ We do not require proof of income or financial status to use the sliding scale. ​​

Insurance
Cade is available as an in-network provider with Regence, Premera, and Kaiser Permanente through May 31, 2026.
All private pay clients may request a monthly superbill of charges to submit to their insurance.
