Sliding Scale Rates: $75-$100/session
These rates are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. If you're interested in using our sliding scale, please let us know when you reach out!​ We do not require proof of income or financial status to use the sliding scale. 

​Insurance: Cade is in-network with Regence through May 17, 2027. All clients will be sent a monthly superbill in case they would like to request reimbursement through their insurance.
