Hello!

I'm Cade (they/them). Nice to meet you.

I have been working as a speech-language pathologist in the greater Olympia, WA area since 2016. I started Loud & Clear Speech Therapy, PLLC in 2022 in order to serve the needs of individuals in my community in a way that best aligned with my personal and professional ethics. I am proud to offer services that are holistic, strengths-based, and identity-affirming to individuals across the spectrums of age, gender, neurodiversity, and abilities.

Speech & Language Therapy

Cade approaches speech and language intervention from a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Speech and language goals support autonomy and independence, therapy is strengths-based, intervention centers relationship and regulation over compliance, and identity is celebrated and supported.

Client Testimonials

Our daughter began services with Cade for feeding issues and speech therapy after falling off the charts for growth. Having been born premature, we were familiar with feeding therapists and speech. Cade addressed her as a child, not a baby, and gained her trust quickly. Our daughter is still on the small side, but the improvement she's made has been noticed by everyone. A week at the grandparents house had reviews of our daughter eating a ton, and being an absolute chatterbox. Cade helped beyond measure, and went above and beyond for our daughter's care. They even went so far as to take specific notes and ask other specialists at conference to help with our kiddos care.

We are immensely grateful for the growth Cade has fostered in our almost 5 year old

Cade has provided language support services for my non-speaking autistic child since 2019. They have been a tremendous support to our family communication system. Cade approaches communication challenges with curiosity and creativity. They recognize and respect neurodivergence in communication. They see my child’s communication as personal, not pathological. They tailor sessions toward his interests and aptitudes.

The idea of voice training was nerve-racking to me, because I didn't know what to expect and I was afraid I wouldn't be any good at it. After one session with Cade, I had no doubt that I could change my voice. Working with them really helped me better understand and enjoy the way I speak, and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who wants to have greater command of their speech.
